Points to note when tarpaulin is tied

When the Linyi tarpaulin is bundled, the following points need to be paid attention to:

  1) Bundling of end ropes: The 2 end ropes at each end of the tarp should be tightened, pass through the hand hook or hand brake lever, and be tied vertically on the two T-shaped irons at the end of the vehicle.

  2) Bundling of corner ropes: Tighten the two corner ropes at each end of the tarp respectively, so that the corners of the tarpaulin are spread out into a triangle. The cloth corners are flattened on both sides and folded to the end wall of the truck. The corners are tightly wrapped at both ends of the vehicle, passing through the pressure rope, the hand hook or the inner side of the hand brake lever, and are tensioned in an X-shape, and are respectively tied to the T-shaped iron at both ends of the vehicle.

  3) Bundling of pressure rope: The pressure rope at each end of the tarp should be pressed against the corner of the tarp and tightened so that the tarp is tightly attached to the end wall of the vehicle and tied to the T-shaped iron on the side of the vehicle respectively.

  4) Binding of waist and side ropes: The waist and side ropes in the middle of the vehicle are tied to the T-shaped iron in the middle of the vehicle; the waist and side ropes in the middle of the tarp are separately tied to the middle of the vehicle. Tied to the T-shaped iron near the middle of the vehicle. The other waist and side ropes, starting from the two ends of the vehicle, toward the middle of the vehicle, are tied to the corresponding T-shaped iron in sequence.
