The detection test method adopts the dipping method.
1. Preparation
①Select clean, crack-free, bubble-free plastic products (tubes, plates, rods), and the weight is not more than 30g.
②Analytical balance (accuracy not less than 0.001g).
③Metal wire with a diameter less than 0.13mm.
④ Immersion liquid: distilled water or kerosene (use kerosene as the immersion liquid if the density of the tested object is less than 1) The temperature is (23±0.5)℃.
2. Testing method
Use a balance to detect the weight of the product hanging in the immersion liquid and in the air with the metal wire. According to the actual measurement of the weight of the tested object PE tarpaulin in the air, the weight of the immersion liquid, and the density of the immersion liquid, the density of the tested product sample can be calculated.
3. Precautions for testing and testing
① This test method is not suitable for films and foam plastic products.
② Impurities and bubbles are not allowed in the immersion liquid.
③Pay attention to prevent the influence of static electricity.
④Pay attention to the stability of the working environment and the temperature of the immersion liquid. The standard stipulates as (23±2)℃.
⑤After the test sample is immersed in the liquid, the distance between the upper end and the liquid surface is not less than 10mm.
