Truck tarpaulins have to choose two

a) Only applicable to gondola. A car is covered with a tarp.

b) The tarpaulin cover is flat and no cargo is exposed. The top is ridged, the two ends are tightly packed, and the lines on both sides are smooth. The size of each part does not exceed the limit.

c) The ropes are tied and tied correctly, the ropes are firm and there is no slack, the ropes tied to the T-shaped iron are butterfly-wing-shaped, and the remaining length of the rope head is 100~300mm.

d) The tarpaulin at one end of the hand brake of the truck hangs down to cover the length of the end plate part ≤500mm. The hand brake disc of the truck is exposed, which does not affect the use of the hand brake disc and hook lever.

e) The tarpaulins on both sides of the vehicle have the same hanging height and the car number is exposed.

Method of covering

a) The front of the tarpaulin (the waist rope is outward) is covered vertically, and the waist rope is on the side of the platform. 

b) Bundling of angle ropes: Tighten the two angle ropes at each end of the tarpaulin respectively, so that the corner of the tarpaulin expands outward into a triangle shape. The cloth corners are flattened on both sides and then folded towards the end wall of the truck. At both ends of the vehicle, the corners are tightly wrapped, passing through the inner side of the pressure rope, hand hook or hand brake lever, and they are X-shaped and tightened.

c) Bundling of the pressure rope: The pressure rope at each end of the tarpaulin should be pressed tightly by the corner of the tarpaulin so that the tarpaulin is closely attached to the end wall of the vehicle and tied to the T-shaped iron on the side of the vehicle.

d) Bundling of end ropes: The two end ropes at each end of the tarpaulin should be tightened tightly, pass through the hand hook or hand brake lever, and be vertically tied to the two T-shaped irons at the end of the vehicle, respectively.

e) Bundling of waist and side ropes: T-shaped iron in the middle of the vehicle, the waist and side rope in the middle of the tarpaulin are tied to the T-shaped iron in the middle of the vehicle; those without the T-shaped iron in the middle of the vehicle, the waist and the side rope in the middle of the tarpaulin are respectively Tied to the T-shaped iron near the middle of the vehicle. The other waist and side ropes, starting from both ends of the vehicle and toward the middle of the vehicle, are sequentially tied to the corresponding T-shaped iron.
